Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat sociální impakt komplexní psychiatrické rehabilitace jako prostředku andragogické intervence. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje tři kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením psychologizujícího pojetí andragogiky. Druhá kapitola pojednává o komplexní psychiatrické rehabilitaci v kontextu andragogické intervence, dále o komunitní péči, case managementu a psychiatrické rehabilitaci ve svých specifických podobách (pracovní rehabilitaci, podporovaném vzděláváním, rehabilitaci v oblasti bydlení a rehabilitaci v oblasti sociálních kontaktů a volného času). Obsahem třetí kapitoly je příklad dobré praxe komplexní psychiatrické rehabilitace. V praktické části prezentuji data z evaluačního výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo charakterizovat sociální impakt služby komplexní psychiatrické rehabilitace pro klienty Fokusu Mladá Boleslav.The goal of the dissertation is to describe social impact of the comprehensive psychiatric rehabilitation as the instrument of andragogical intervention.The thesis is divided in two basic parts, the theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. First chapter defines psychological andragogy. The second chapter describes the comprehensive psychiatric rehabilitation in the context of andragogical intervention. There is discussed community care, case management and psychiatric rehabilitation in specific levels. The third chapter submits the example of best praxis of comprehensive rehabilitation. In the practical part I give attention to the research methodology, description of the research sample and the interpretation of data gained from the respondents. Then I describe social impact of the service of comprehensive psychiatric rehabilitation provided by NGO FOKUS Mladá Boleslav to the respondents' quality of life.
