Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku životní spokojenosti, kvality psychického stavu a stresu u vojáků Armády České republiky. Výzkumný soubor byl rozdělen na dvě části dle kritéria, zda voják má či nemá bojovou zkušenost. Tyto dva soubory jsme porovnávali vůči sobě i oproti běžné populaci. Naším cílem bylo zjistit, který soubor, a ve kterých dimenzích, dosahuje v Dotazníku životní spokojenosti lepších výsledků. Dále jsme sledovali jednotlivé kategorie kvality psychického stavu a úroveň stresu. Výsledky těchto souborů jsme následně porovnávali také s normou. Dalším cílem bylo prozkoumat souvislosti mezi celkovou životní spokojeností a kvalitou psychického stavu. V teoretické části jsme nastínili základní teorie životní spokojenosti a stresu. Dále jsme popsali problematiku vojsk ve výcviku a při vedení bojové činnosti a problematiku zabití. Ve výzkumné části jsme pracovali s dotazníkovou metodou. Vyhodnocené dotazníky jsme srovnali s normami pro populaci. Také jsme provedli komparace u obou souborů a také korelace v rámci jednotlivých dimenzí a kategorií. V rámci výzkumu jsme použili dotazníky DŽS, SUPOS 7 a IPSS.Bachelor thesis is focused on life satisfaction, quality of mental state and stress of the Army of the Czech Republic. The research sample was divided into two parts according to the criterion of whether or not a soldier combat experience. These two files are compared against each other and compared to the general population. Our goal was to find out which file and in which the dimensions achieved in life satisfaction questionnaire better results. We also monitored the various categories of quality mental state and stress level. This results of these files were subsequently compared with the standard as well. Another objective was to examine the relation between overall life satisfaction and mental health quality. In the theoretical part, we have outlined the basic theory of life satisfaction and stress. Furthermore, we have described the issue of troops in training and in combat operations and the issue of manslaughter. In the research part, we worked with the questionnaire method. Evaluation of the questionnaires were compared with those for the general population. Also, we conducted a comparison of both files and correlations within dimensions and categories. In the research we used questionnaires DZS, SUPOS 7 and IPSS.
