Cílem diplomové práce je provedení ekonomické analýzy fotbalového klubu za období 2009 - 2014. Analýze předchází úvod do problematiky a souhrn poznatků v oblastech financování neziskových organizací, financování sportu, v daném případě fotbalového klubu, jako spolku. K zabezpečení cíle byly aplikovány standardizované metody finanční analýzy, ke kterým se řadí analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty pomocí horizontální, vertikální analýzy a analýzy podílových ukazatelů. Syntéza poznatků vyúsťuje v návrhy na opatření jak v ekonomické, tak i organizační oblasti klubu. Návrhy jsou prioritně směřovány na zlepšení ekonomické pozice fotbalového klubu v oblasti zdrojů financování.The goal of this master's thesis is to do an economical analysis of a football club in the period of time since 2009 to 2014. In the first part, there is an introduction of the basic issues and a summary of knowledge related to the financing of non-profit organizations, sport financing and in this case financing of a football club as an association. For the purpose of accomplishing this goal I used standard methods of financial analysis, such as the analysis of a balance sheet and of a profit and loss account, which were done with the help of horizontal and vertical analysis, and analysis of financial ratios. The synthesis of gained knowledge results in not only economical but also organizational suggestions for the considered football club. The suggestions are primarily oriented to improving eco-nomical position of the football club in the area of financial recourses.
