Cílem této diplomové práce je srovnat postoje a hodnoty učitelů základních a středních škol a jejich žáků vztahující se k odlišné etnicitě a kultuře. V teoretické části se práce věnuje oblasti multikulturalismu a multikulturní výchovy v rámci českého školství. Pojednáno je také o problematice hodnot a postojů a o možnostech jejich zkoumání. Základ empirické části práce tvoří dotazníkové šetření realizované na základních a středních školách ve třech moravských krajích, které se zaměřuje na hodnoty pedagogů a žáků a jejich postoje k příslušníkům odlišných etnických a kulturních skupin. Snaží se tyto postoje a hodnoty zmapovat, ale hlavně nalézt podobnosti a rozdíly mezi oběma skupinami respondentů.The goal of this thesis is to compare the attitudes and values of Czech primary and secondary school teachers and their students in relation to different ethnicity and culture. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with multiculturalism and multicultural education in the Czech Republic. It also reflects on the problems of values and attitudes and the possibilities of their research. The empirical part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey carried out at primary and secondary schools in three Moravian districts. It focuses on the values of teachers and students and their attitudes towards members of different ethnic and cultural groups. It strives to describe these attitudes and values as well as find similarities and differences between both groups of respondents.
