Ruptura předního zkříženého vazu je častým zraněním sportovců, ale i běžné populace. Významně zasahuje do biomechaniky kolenního kloubu. Bez nápravy tohoto zranění hrozí poranění dalších struktur kolenního kloubu. Jedno z řešení nestability je artroskopicky prováděná plastika LCA. Po plastice bývají předepisovány pacientům ortézy k ochraně kolenního kloubu před podvrtnutím. Kinesio tape bývá hojně využíván v populaci k léčení různých svalových či kloubních zranění. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda ortéza či kinesio tape pozmění parametry chůze a běhu u pacientů po plastice předního zkříženého vazu. Na přístroji FMD-T od firmy Zebris byla u každého pacienta provedena 3 měření chůze a 3 měření běhu ve třech různých podmínkách (bez pomůcek, s ortézou, s kinesio tapem). Sledovali jsme vliv ortézy a kinesio tapu na silové parametry, délku kroku, dobu stojné fáze a fáze dvojí opory. Výsledky neukázaly téměř žádný významný rozdíl mezi měřením bez pomůcek a s nimi. Pouze hodnota silového zatížení zadonoží se při chůzi s ortézou významně zmenšila. Parametry chůze a běhu při měření s ortézou a kinesio tapem nevykazovaly trend zlepšení.Anterior cruciate ligament rupture (ACL) is one of the common injuries of athletes, but also of the general population. It influences significantly the biomechanics of the knee joint. Without treatment of this injury, there is a risk of causing other injuries in the structure of the knee joint. One of the possible solutions of the knee instability is an arthroscopic surgery of the ACL. After surgery, patients are often prescribed knee braces to protect the knee joint against potential sprain. Kinesio tape is widely used in population for the treatment of various muscle and joint injuries. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether a knee brace and kinesio tape will modify walking or running parameters of patients who underwent the ACL reconstruction. Three measuring of walking and running patterns were performed on the FMD-T Zebris device with each patient under three different conditions (without any tool, using a brace, using Kinesio tape). The influence of the knee brace and Kinesio taping on power parameters, stride length, duration of stance phase and double support phase was observed. The results showed almost no significant difference between measurements with different supporting tools and without them. Nevertheless, the power load of the heel of the leg was the only value that significantly diminished while walking with a knee brace. Walking and running parameters measured with a brace and Kinesio tape showed no improving trend.
