Diplomová práce se zabývá efektem robotické terapie na funkci horních končetin u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou prováděné na zařízení Armeo Spring. Práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o mechanismech podílejících se na vzniku neurologického poškození a následné obnovy. Dále jsou zmíněny časté symptomy, jako je únava nebo poruchy kognitivních funkcí. Zbytek teoretického textu je věnován problematice horní končetiny a rehabilitaci. V experimentální části je vyhodnocen efekt robotické terapie na funkci postižené horní končetiny pomocí klinických testů (Motricity Index, Action Research Arm Test, 9 Hole Peg Test) a dynamometru.The thesis deals with effect of robotic therapy on the function of the upper extremity in patients with multiple sclerosis, which was performed on the apparatus Armeo Spring. The work contains theoretical knowledge about mechanisms which participate in origin of neurological impairment and successive restoration. Furthermore frequent symptoms, such as fatigue or impairment of cognitive functions are mentioned. The rest of theoretical section is devoted to problems of the upper extremity and rehabilitation. Effect of robotic therapy on the function disabled upper extremity is analysed in terms of clinical tests (Motricity Index, Action Research Arm Test, 9 Hole Peg Test) and dynamometer in the experimental part of the thesis.
