Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit vliv kineziotapu na kvalitu chůze u pacientů v postakutní fázi po cévní mozkové příhodě. K objektivizaci je využit diagnostický a terapeutický robotický systém Zebris (FDM-T Systém) měřící časoprostorové parametry krokového cyklu. V teoretické části je shrnuta problematika iktů, definice a obecné charakteristiky chůze, patologický stereotyp chůze hemiparetických pacientů a vymezen pojem kineziotape. V praktické části je popsána metodologie práce, hypotézy a definován testovaný soubor pacientů. Vliv kineziotapu na kvalitu chůze je hodnocen pomocí vybraných parametrů FDM-T Systému a dvou standardizovaných klinických testů. Na základě jejich vyhodnocení jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky diplomové práce.The main purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the influence of Kineziotape on the quality of gait in patients in post-acute phase after the stroke. Objectification is utilized by the Zebris (FDM-T System), diagnostic and therapeutic robotic system measuring time-space parameters of the steps cycle. The theoretical part summarizes the issue of strokes, definitions and general characteristics of gait, stereotype of pathological gait in hemiparetic patients and the definition of the term Kineizotape. The practical part describes the methodology of this thesis, the hypothesis and defines specificities of the tested group of patients. The influence of Kineziotape on the quality of gait is evaluated by the selected parameters of the FDM-T system and two standardized clinical tests. Based on the results of this evaluation, the research questions of the thesis are answered.
