Bakalářská práce se soustředí na problematiku Huntingtonovy chorey s důrazem na cíleně zaměřenou rehabilitaci pacientů s touto diagnózou. Teoretická část seznamuje s charakteristikami této klinické jednotky. Zahrnuje poznatky o etiologii a patologických mechanismech, obeznamuje s klinickými projevy a možnými způsoby terapie. Ve speciální části je zahrnuta případová studie pacienta trpícího Huntingtonovou choreou, obsahující vyšetření a návrh rehabilitačního plánu.The bachelor thesis is aimed at the problem of Huntington's disease with emphasis on targeted rehabilitation of patients with this diagnosis. The theoretical part gets the reader acquainted with the characteristics of this particular clinical unit. It composes of findings about aetiology and pathological mechanisms; it gets the reader acquainted with the clinical manifestations and possible ways of the therapy. The special part contains a case study of a patient suffering from Huntington's disease; it also contains the patient's examination and proposal of a rehabilitation plan.
