Bakalářská práce obsahuje přehled poznatků potřebných pro pochopení komprehensivní rehabilitace pacientů po amputaci dolní končetiny. V první části této práce jsou uvedeny všeobecné poznatky o amputaci, její indikaci, typech a komplikacích způsobených amputačním zákrokem. Ve druhé části je představena komprehensivní rehabilitace, její úlohy a cíle. Ve třetí části je popsán průběh rehabilitační péče od rané předoperační fáze, přes amputaci a její protetické řešení, až po úspěšnou integraci jedince do společnosti. Účelem poslední kapitoly je prokázání teoretických poznatků z prvních tří kapitol prostřednictvím odborných studií.The bachelor thesis contains an overview of findings that are necessary for understanding of comprehensive rehabilitation of the patients after the amputation of the lower limb. The most frequent indications to perform amputation, short description of its actual performance, division of amputations and most frequent complications caused by this intervention are stated in the first part of the thesis. The second part deals with the comprehensive rehabilitation, its goals, roles and components. The third part contains a description of the rehabilitation care procedure from the early preoperative stadium to amputation and its prosthetic solution and to successful integration of the individual into society. The aim of the last chapter is to confirm the theoretical knowledge stated in the previous three chapters by means of professional studies.
