Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou průběhu poporodní adaptace novorozence. Podává ucelený přehled o základních neonatologických pojmech, klasifikaci novorozence a o adaptaci a observaci jednotlivých tělních systémů u novorozence po porodu. Dále poukazuje na zabezpečení patřičného prostředí a komfortu pro novorozence. Zaměřuje se také na první ošetření a vyšetření novorozence. Předkládá poznatky i o poruchách poporodní adaptace a podrobněji se zaměřuje na asfyxii, hypoxii, syndrom dechové tísně a tranzitorní tachypnoi u novorozence.This overview bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the course of postnatal adaptation of the newborn. It provides a comprehensive overview of the basic neonatal terminology, classification of a newborn and adaptation and observation of individual body systems of the newborn after birth. Further it highlights the proper security of the environment and comfort for babies. It also focuses on the first treatment and examination of the newborn. Presents findings about failures of the postnatal adaptation and in detail aims to asphyxia, hypoxia, respiratory distress syndrome and transient tachypnea of the newborn.
