Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí asistenta pedagoga na primární škole. Cílem bylo zjistit postavení asistenta pedagoga na primární škole. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí teoretické a praktické. V části teoretické je vymezena pedagogická diagnostika, pojem asistent pedagoga a osobní asistent, pracovní náplň asistenta a učitele dále integrace a inkluze, legislativní zabezpečení a možnosti vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Praktická část práce se zabývá samotným výzkumem, který zjišťuje, formou dotazníkové metody, pozici asistenta pedagoga na primární škole. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou vyhodnoceny a zapsány do tabulek a grafů.The thesis deals with the role of an assistant teacher at a primary school. The aim was to find out the position of teaching assistant for a primary school. The work is divided into two parts theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is defined by the pedagogical diagnosis, the concept of an assistant teacher and a personal assistant, the job description of the assistant and the teacher , integration and inclusion, legislative security and the possibility of education of pupils with special educational needs. The practical part of the thesis deals with the research, which detects the position of assistant teacher at a primary school in the form of questionnaire methods. The results of the survey are evaluated written to make tables with graphs.
