Tématem diplomové práce je proměna venkovského učitele na území Českých zemí, sledovaná od konce 18. století až po dobu současnou. Osobnost samotného učitele a jeho postavení je v teoretické části práce pozorována v rámci všeobecných dějin školství a zasazena do jejich kontextu. Empirická část práce je pojata formou případové studie na konkrétní venkovské škole. Propojení obou částí přináší vzájemnou komparaci a nalezení společných momentů, či naopak výjimek a specifik.The topic of this thesis is the transformation of teacher in the country from the end of the eighteenth century to the present. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the personality of teacher and his position is observed in the context of the general history of school. The empirical part of the thesis is in the form of the case study of the concrete school in the country. The interconnection of both parts enables mutual comparison and finding some common features, or some exceptions and specifics.
