Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem revmatických onemocnění na soběstačnost geriatrických pacientů, a to hlavně z pohledu jejich každodenního života a sebeobsluhy. V obecné části jsou uvedeny informace z geriatrie a gerontologie. Specifika nemocí ve stáří, která mají vliv na další nemoci ve stáří. Obecná část práce se dále zabývá základními poznatky o jednotlivých onemocněních, jako jsou osteoartróza, revmatoidní artritida a ankylozující spondylitida. Speciální část zahrnuje rehabilitaci u těchto onemocnění. Jsou popsány metody rehabilitace, které se nejčastěji používají u daných diagnóz u seniorů. Je zde probrána i kapitola pohybových aktivit seniorů a jejich specifika. Celá práce je doplněna o kazuistiky. V závěru je přidán leták s příklady cviků, které se pacienti naučili na individuální terapii u fyzioterapeuta. Tento leták má sloužit pacientům pro jejich cvičení v domácím prostředí.This bachelor´s work deals with the influence of rheumatoid disorders of geriatric patients to their self-sufficiecy, mainly from the point of view of their every day life and taking care of themselves. In the general part of the work you can find some information from geriatrics and geronthology. It deals with some knowledge of basic disorders and problems ostheoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondilitis. In the special part of the work I deal with rehabilitation which can improve the state of the patients or bring them relief in the case of these disorders and problems. I describe the methods of rehabilitation which are applied to patients with these diagnoses most frequently. In the special chapter I pay attention to the specific moving activity of these disabled seniors, as well. The case interpretation completes the work. In the attachement there is a leaflet with physical exercises which patients have learnt during the individual therapy at the physiotherapist. It can be used for the physical exercises practised at home during their following treatment.
