Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na léčebnou rehabilitaci u adhezivní kapsulitidy ramenního kloubu. V obecné části jsou popsány anatomické struktury, kineziologie ramenního pletence a celková charakteristika onemocnění. Uvedeny jsou možnosti operační a konzervativní léčby, která je podrobněji popsána ve speciální části práce. Speciální část práce navazuje popisem vyšetření ramenního pletence fyzioterapeutem. Důraz je kladen na možnosti léčebné rehabilitace včetně využití fyzikální terapie, která je u této diagnózy nedílnou součástí léčby. V poslední části práce je zpracována kazuistika pacientky s diagnózou adhezivní kapsulitidy s návrhem rehabilitačního plánu.The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of rehabilitation in case of adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder-joint. The theoretical part describes anatomic structures, kinesiology of the shoulder girdle and overall characteristics of this condition. There are also listed the possibilities of surgical and conservative treatment; those are in more detail described in the specialized part of the thesis. The specialized part of the thesis is then linked with the theoretical part by a description of an examination of the shoulder girdle by a physiotherapist. The emphasis is on the possible ways of therapeutic rehabilitation including physical therapy that is in the case of this medical condition an inseparable part of the treatment. The last part of the thesis contains a drawn up case report of a patient with the diagnosis of adhesive capsulitis along with the proposed plan for rehabilitation.
