Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku rodičovství nezletilých dívek s nařízenou ústavní výchovou, možnosti výchovně-vzdělávací činnosti a prostřednictvím případových studií poukázat na úskalí při návratu do běžného života. Práci tvoří pět kapitol. Teoretická část vymezuje zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy v České republice a Moravskoslezském kraji, uvádí počet těchto zařízení, vysvětluje pojem nařízená ústavní výchova. Věnuje se legislativě, která se vztahuje k tématu bakalářské práce. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje osobnost nezletilých matek a možné příčiny těhotenství nezletilých a mladistvých dívek s nařízenou ústavní výchovou. Popisuje jejich vztah k biologické rodině, k dítěti a otci dítěte. Třetí kapitola uvádí rizika těhotenství a porodu, která se mohou u nezletilých dívek objevit a zabývá se systémem pomoci nezletilým matkám v prostředí dětských domovů a institucemi, se kterými zařízení pro výkon ústavní výchovy spolupracují. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje proces přípravy na vstup do samostatného života, ukazuje, jaké možnosti v oblasti bydlení mají dívky a jejich děti při odchodu do běžného života. Poslední kapitolu tvoří výzkumné šetření. Prostřednictvím dvou případových studií poukazuje na příčiny těhotenství nezletilých dívek, zabývá se výchovně vzdělávacím systémem v rámci ústavní výchovy.Bachelor thesis examines the issues of parenting with underage girls orphanage, options, educational activities and through case studies point out the pitfalls when you return to a normal life. The work consists of five chapters. The theoretical part defines facilities for institutional and protective upbringing in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian region, the number of such facilities, explains the concept of ordered institutional care. He has introduced legislation that relates to the topic of their thesis. The second chapter characterizes the personality of the minor mothers and possible causes of teenage pregnancies and teen girls with the orphanage. Describes their relationship to the biological family, the child and the father of the child. The third chapter lists the risks of pregnancy and childbirth, which may occur for underage girls and deals with the system of assistance to minor mothers in the environment of children's homes and institutions, with which the facilities for institutional upbringing. The fourth chapter describes the process of preparing for accession to independent life, shows what housing options are girls and their children when they go into normal life. The last chapter consists of research investigation. Through two case studies highlights the causes of teenage pregnancies of girls, it deals with the structure of education the education system in the context of institutional care.
