Tématem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocování situace dítěte v rodině. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit postoj sociálních pracovníků orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí k tomuto poměrně novému nástroji práce s ohroženými dětmi, zjistit názory na efektivitu tohoto nástroje při práci s ohroženým dítětem. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy dítě, jeho potřebami, vlivem rodiny na vývoj dítěte, funkcemi a poruchami rodiny, dále ohroženým dítětem, syndromem CAN, úlohou orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, případovou konferencí, vyhodnocením situace dítěte a individuálním plánem ochrany dítěte. Praktická část obsahuje rozbor kazuistik několika dětí a rozhovory se sociálními pracovníky dvou obecních úřadů obcí s rozšířenou působností.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of a situation of a child in a family. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate an approach of social workers of agencies of social and legal protection of children towards this relatively recent tool for working with children at risk, to find out opinions on the efficiency of this tool for working with children at risk. The theoretical part deals with the term "child", their needs, the influence of a family on a child´s development, functions and malfunctions of a family and further with a child at risk, the CAN syndrome, a role of an agency of social and legal protection of children, a case conference, the evaluation of a situation of a child and the individual plan of a child´s protection. The practical part includes the analysis of cases of some children and the interviews with social workers of two city councils of municipalities with extended competence.
