Bakalářská práce shrnuje nejnovější poznatky o radioterapii s modulovanou intenzitou a radioterapii řízené obrazem. Zaměřuje se na popis principu těchto technik konformní radioterapie, shrnuje informace o zobrazovacích metodách používaných k pořizování verifikačních snímků, popisuje algoritmus plánování radioterapie a věnuje se použitím těchto technik v radioterapii nádorů hlavy a krku a karcinomu prostaty.The bachelor thesis summarizes the newest findings about intensity modulated radiotherapy and image-guided radiotherapy. It focuses on description of principle of these conformal radiotherapy techniques, summarizes informations about imaging techniques using for taking verification images, describes radiotherapy planning algorithm and applies to using these techniques in radiotherapy of head and neck cancer and prostate cancer.
