Tato bakalářská práce přehledně popisuje možnosti intervenční léčby ischemické choroby dolních končetin. Zabývá se především léčbou chronických tepenných okluzí pomocí perkutánní angioplastiky, subintimální rekanalizace a také perkutánních aterektomií. Dále je zde popsána léčba akutních tromboembolických uzávěrů tepen dolních končetin. Je zpracována na podkladě odborných publikací a článků v českém i anglickém jazyce.This bachelor thesis describes the possibilities of interventional treatment of peripheral arterial disease. It mainly deals with the treatment of chronic arterial occlusion by percutaneous angioplasty, subintimal recanalization and percutaneous atherectomy. Also described the treatment of acute thromboembolic obstruction arteries of the lower extremities. This thesis is compiled on the basis of professional publications and articles in Czech and English language.
