Bakalářská práce na téma Léčba karcinomu děložního čípku se zaměřuje okrajově na rizikové faktory vzniku tohoto nádoru, jaká je prevence před nádory děložního čípku, jaká je klasifikace nádorů a jak lze nádory diagnostikovat. Práce hlavně pojednává o léčebných metodách při tomto onemocnění. Terapie nádorů může být radikální, kdy je předpokládané vyléčení pacienta nebo paliativní, kdy lze pacientovi ulevit od bolesti a zkvalitnit život. Nejdůležitější léčebnou modalitou v brzkých stádiích je upřednostněna chirurgická léčba, v pokročilejších stadiích je léčba zastoupena radioterapií v kombinaci s brachyterapií nebo s chemoterapií, kde je vysoká pravděpodobnost vyléčení pacientky.
