Bakalářská práce popisuje možnosti radioterapie v léčbě kožních nádorů se zaměřením na epidermální nádory a maligní kožní melanom. V bakalářské práci je poukazováno na v současné době nejpoužívanější techniky brachyterapie a rentgenové terapie u kožních nádorů a popisuje jejich využití, indikace, diagnostiku, plánování léčby a příčiny vzniku nádorů. Dále práce zahrnuje i jiné možnosti léčby mimo radioterapii a je zde popsána úloha radiologického asistenta.Bachelor's thesis describes the possibilities of radiotherapy in the treatment of skin tumours, focusing to epidermal tumors and malignant melanoma. Bachelor´s thesis points to the currently most used techniques of brachytherapy and X-ray therapy for skin tumors and describes their uses and indications, diagnosis,treatment planning and causes of cancer. Also includes other options of treatment besides radiotherapy and describes role of radiological assistant.
