Tato diplomová práce se zabývá astigmatismem a jeho změnou při pohledu do blízka. Úvodní kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na samotný astigmatismus., jeho etiologii a klasifikaci. Dále se práce věnuje okohybným svalům, očním pohybům, Listingovu zákonu, akomodaci, presbyopii a jejímu řešení. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje vyšetření astigmatismu a jeho korekci. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení výsledků objektivní a subjektivní refrakce do dálky a do blízka. V rozboru výsledků jsou zaznamenány statisticky významné změny a v diskusi jsou následně okomentovány.This Diploma thesis deals with astigmatism and his change to the near. The introductory chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the astigmatism, his etiology and classification. The theoretical part also deals with extraocular muscles, eye movements, Listing´s law, accomodation, presbyopia and it´s solution. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the examination of astigmatism and his correction. The practical part is focused on evaluation results of objective and subjective refraction into the distance and to the near. In the analysis of the results are statistically significant changes recorded and in the discussion are subsequently comment.
