Tato práce pojednává o problematice strigolaktonů. Je zejména zaměřena na jejich význam při stimulaci růstu parazitických rostlin rodů Striga a Orobanche. V teoretické části jsou však shrnuty základní poznatky o působení strigolaktonů jak vzhledem k parazitickým rostlinám, tak i jejich vliv na růst a fylogenezi rostlin. Není opomenut ani jejich vliv na symbiózu rostlin s AM houbami. Druhá polovina práce je zaměřena na syntézu strigolaktonových analog na bázi purinu.This work is dealing with problematics of strigolactones. In theoretical part is showed the brief overview of strigolactones structures, therir biosynthesis and the mechanism of interaction with the plant as well as theirs effect on plant's growth and physiology. Also there is discussed relationship of strigolactones and arbuscular mykorrhiza fungi and their role during germination of parasitics plants of genus Striga and Orobanche . . In the practical part is this work focused on synthesis of novel strigolactone analogues containing purine heterocycles within theirs structure.
