V naší práci jsme si kladli za cíl odhalit přínosy anthroposofie, nauky Rudolfa Steinera, pro současnou vědu a psychologii a srovnat ji se soudobými vědeckými poznatky. K tomuto cíli jsme zvolili teoretický výzkum založený na analýze Steinerovy nauky a její komparaci s poznatky teorie poznání a psychologie. Práce nastínila hlavní rozpory mezi vědou a anthroposofií a zhodnotila přínosy Steinerovy teorie pro současný stav poznání. Dále analyzovala Steinerovu teorii osobnosti a teorii vývojovou a odhalila mnohé shody s teoriemi současné psychologie. Upozornila také na některá slabá místa, a to jak anthroposofie, tak současné vědy, a představila návrh nového přístupu ve vědě. Tento přístup je syntézou obou těchto nauk, a postuluje výhodnost zkoumat a rozvíjet subjekt poznávání, čímž staví psychologii do nové pozice v rámci soustavy věd. Dále navrhuje od přírodních věd odlišnou metodologii a integraci zdrojů poznání.The goal of our thesis was to uncover contributions of anthroposophy, a Rudolf Steiner's doctrine, to the modern science and psychology and compare it with the contemporary scientific knowledge. For this aim we chose a theoretical research based on analysis of Steiner's doctrine and its comparison with findings of theory of knowledge and psychology. Our thesis outlined the main contradictions between science and anthroposophy and evaluated benefits of Steiner's doctrine for the contemporary state of knowledge. We also analysed Steiner's theory of personality and development and revealed correspondence with contemporary psychology theories in many ways. We have highlighted some of the weak points of anthroposophy as well as those of the modern science and introduced a draft of a new approach in science. This draft is a synthesis of both doctrines and it postulates advantages of examining and improving subject of knowledge. This approach puts psychology to a new position within the science system. Also, it suggests a different methodology approach apart from natural sciences and an integration of the sources of knowledge.
