Cílem předložené bakalářské práce bylo studium strukturní dynamiky Twister ribozymu za použití metod výpočetní chemie. Studie dynamiky může přiblížit mechanismus RNA katalýzy této nedávno objevené třídy ribozymů. Jako výchozí metoda byla zvolena molekulová dynamika. Simulace nám poskytly všeobecný náhled na chování studovaných struktur. Na základě tohoto náhledu a naměřených hodnot RMSd, dihedrálních úhlů a B-faktoru byly analyzovány veškeré zkoumané struktury.The aim of this bachelor thesis was study of structural dynamics of Twister ribozyme using computational chemistry. Study of dynamic can provide us a closer look at mechanism of RNA catalysis of this recently discovered class of ribozymes. We used molecular dynamics. Simulations gave us a general look at behavior of all studied structures. Based on this and other measured data (RMSd, dihedrals, B-factor) the structures were analyzed.
