Bakalářská práce zkoumá postoj současné izraelské mladé generace k sionismu. Vychází z vlastního terénního výzkumu v Izraeli, realizovaného pomocí kvalitativní metody. Teoretická část nastiňuje historii sionismu, klíčové historické momenty mladého státu Izrael a jeho specifika. Jádrem analytické části je 12 rozhovorů realizovaných v Izraeli na podzim roku 2015. Rozhovory jsem vedla nejen s mladou generací, ale i s pamětníky, kteří představují jeden z názorových zdrojů mladé generace. Podkladem pro analýzu jsou dílčí témata zahrnující jednak samotný sionismus, ale i jeho historické kořeny, rodinnou paměť, náboženství, politiku, diverzitu a jednotu společnosti, arabsko-izraelský konflikt, armádu a postoje Izraelců k dnešnímu globalizovanému světu. V těchto dílčích tématech především odkrývám postoje mladých Izraelců k sionismu a zabývám se i ovlivňujícími faktory, které formují jejich sionistické postoje.This bachelor's thesis examines the Israeli young generation's position on Zionism. It is based on its own field research in Israel, realized using qualitative methods. The theoretical part describes the history of Zionism, the key historical moments of the young State of Israel and its specifics. The core of the analysis is formed by 12 interviews carried out in Israel in the autumn of 2015. The interviews were conducted not only with the young generation but also with the old-timers who constitute one of the ideological sources of the young generation. The basis for the analysis are sub-themes including Zionism itself, but also its historical roots, family memory, religion, politics, diversity and unity of society, the Arab-Israeli conflict, the army, and the Israelis' attitudes to today's globalized world. In these sub-themes, the aim is to reveal the attitudes of young Israelis to Zionism and to look into the influencing factors that shape the Zionist attitudes.
