Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat zdravotní systémy dvou odlišných zemí, České republiky a Taiwanu. Výběr tématu byl ovlivněn osobním zájmem o problematiku světového zdravotnictví, v tomto případě byl výběr zúžen na Čínskou republiku, zemi, která je stále důležitějším hráčem na poli jak politickém, tak i obchodním. Součástí práce je teoretický rozbor historického vývoje zdravotnictví obou zemí, následuje popis současného stavu obou zdravotních systémů a teoretická část práce je zakončena specifiky zdravotnictví každé země. Praktická část mé práce je věnována komparaci těchto zdravotních systémů a kritické analýze pozitiv a negativ, která souvisejí s životními podmínkami obyvatel České republiky a Taiwanu. Hlavním cílem mé práce je zhodnotit situaci, ve které se oba zdravotní systémy v současné době nacházejí, a který ze systémů je schopen nabídnout lepší služby a péči svým obyvatelům. Výsledkem mé práce bylo zjištění, že jak pozitiva, tak i negativa obou zdravotních systémů jsou si velmi podobná, avšak u každého systému jsou podmíněny jinými faktory. V poslední kapitole předkládám návrhy k vyřešení jednotlivých problémů.This thesis examines a healthcare system of two different countries Taiwan and Czech Republic. The main goal of this paper is to analyze these two systems and compare it. At first, it analyzes development of healthcare system of both countries from historical perspective, then it also reveals the contemporary situation in healthcare of both countries. Theoretical part ends while pointing out some specifics of each healthcare system. The second part of this paper is focused on comparison of these health care systems and following comparison of their advantages and disadvantages, which has a lot to do with life conditions of inhabitants of these two countries. Main goal of this thesis is to evaluate contemporary situation of two different healthcare systems and to decide, which of these two can offer better services to those, who are in need of professional help. The outcome of my analysis and comparison revealed that both systems have similar advantages and disadvantages, but they were created in and by different conditions. In the last chapter I came out with some options, which could help to resolve some of few contemporary problems of these healthcare systems.
