Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rodinných pečujících, v péči o seniory. Metodou kvalitativního výzkumu chci zmapovat práci rodinných pečujících, jak zvládají problémy, které se mohou v jejich práci vyskytnout a jaké aspekty ovlivnily jejich rozhodování. Práce je rozdělená do pěti kapitol. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol, kde na základě poznatků z odborné literatury popisuji spolupráci ,rodiny ,její hodnotu a solidaritu. Ve druhé kapitole popisuji kdo je rodinný pečující, jaká je jho role, co vše jeho práce obnáší, jaké problematické situace mohou nastat z hlediska péče. Dále popisuji stres a syndrom vyhoření, těmito jevy mohou být rodinní pečující ohroženi při své práci. Empirická část je složena ze dvou kapitol. Ve čtvrté kapitole definuji cíl práce, výzkumnou otázku a dílčí cíle. Dále popisuji metodologii, techniku sběru dat, metodu výběru respondentů, výzkumný vzorek a analýzu získaných dat. V páté kapitole popisuji vyhodnocení celého výzkumu.Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of family caregiving, in the care of the elderly. Method of qualitative research I want to map out the work of family carers, how to handle issues that may arise in their work and what aspects influenced their decisions. The work is divided into five chapters. The theoretical part consists of three chapters, where on the basis of the literature describing cooperation, family, its value and solidarity. In the second chapter we describe who is family-run with care, what is the yoke of the role of what his job entails, what the problematic situations may occur in terms of care. Next, I describe the stress and burnout, these phenomena may be at risk of family caregiving in our work. The empirical part it consists of two chapters. In the fourth chapter defining the goal of the work, the research question and intermediate objectives. Next, I describe the methodology, data collection techniques, the method of selection of the respondents, the research sample and analysis of the acquired data. In the fifth chapter I describe the evaluation of the whole research.
