Bakalářská práce pojednává o financování obcí v přilehlém suburbánním prostoru Olomouce. Hodnotí dopady zákonných změn na rozpočtové určení daní, jejichž inkaso plyne z rozpočtového určení daní, do rozpočtů samosprávných obcí. Příjmy z rozpočtového určení daní představují důležitou složku rozpočtů obecních samospráv a podstatně ovlivňují jejich finanční stabilitu. V práci jsou hodnoceny důležité zákonné předěly týkající se přerozdělování těchto daní, je uveden i předpokládaný dopad daňového inkasa ve zkoumaných obcích po poslední novele zákona. V olomouckém suburbiu se nachází i několik sídel, jenž svou polohou i zástavbou zastupují sice vesnický sídelní celek, ale tvoří městské části Olomouce. Práce analyzuje systém financování městských částí Olomouce s přihlédnutím k suburbánnímu prostředí a srovnává se samosprávnými obcemi. Výsledky výzkumu hodnotí a interpretuje.Bachelor thesis deals with the financing of municipalities in the surroundings area of Olomouc. Assessing the impact of statutory changes on the budgetary determination of taxes, whose utility stems from the budgetary allocation of taxes to the budgets of municipalities. Revenues from the budgetary allocation of taxes constitute an important part of the budgets of municipal governments and substantially affect their financial stability. In the work are evaluated by the important legal distinction related to the redistribution of these taxes, is shown as well as the anticipated impact of the tax collection in the surveyed municipalities after the last amendment to the act. In the olomouc surroundings is located several settlements, which because of its location and development represent, while the village settlement a whole, but costitute the city of Olomouc. The work analyzes the system of financing the urban part of the city of Olomouc with regard to the suburban environment and compares with the municipalities.
