Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje financování a kontrole financování politických stran v zemích Visegrádské skupiny (jinak známé také jako Visegrádská čtyřka). Konkrétně se práce zabývá komparací právního nastavení financování politických stran a kontrolou financování politických stran v České republice, Maďarsku, Polsku a Slovensku. Pomocí komparace zhodnocuje vývoj a stav jednotlivých způsobů financování politických stran ve všech zemích Visegrádské skupiny. Každé zemi je věnován přibližně stejně rozsáhlý prostor. Práce zachycuje vývoj právního nastavení od roku 1989 a jeho současný stav v jednotlivých zemích. Současně uvádí mechanismy kontroly financování politických stran v těchto zemích. Součástí práce je teoretická část, vysvětlující základní principy a právní rámec financování politických stran. Práce zhodnocuje význam a důležitost státních a soukromých příjmů politických stran a jejich využití ve vymezených zemích. Cílem práce je analyzovat vývoj a současný stav právního nastavení financování politických stran v zemích, které byly do roku 1989 součástí východního bloku a porovnat, jak přistoupily k této problematice. Tyto země měly po roce 1989 možnost se demokraticky rozvíjet v mnoha oblastech politiky. Jednou z těchto oblastí byla právě problematika financování politických stran a jejich kontrola. Jak se vymezené země vypořádaly s touto problematikou, je jedním z cílů cílem této práce. Dalším cílem je zjistit, která země se posunula v kontrole financování nejdále a kde je kontrola financování politických stran nejefektivnější. Práce vychází z řady zdrojů týkajících se financování politických stran. Kromě odborných publikací jsou v práci využívány i právní normy a zákony týkající se financování politických stran a články z médií. V práci je zastoupena i česká produkce k problematice financování politických stran v zemích Visegrádské skupiny.This bachelor thesis focuses on funding and control of funding of political parties in the countries of the Visegrad Group (otherwise known as the Visegrad Four). Specifically, the work deals with the comparison of the legal settings of the funding of political parties and the control of funding of political parties in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. Using the comparison thesis evaluates developments and the particular methods of funding political parties in all countries of the Visegrad Group. Thesis focus on the development of the legal adjustment since 1989, and his current status in the Visegrad countries. This bachelor thesis also focuses on control mechanisms of the funding of political parties in these countries. Part of this work is theoretical, explaining the basic principles and legal framework for funding political parties. This work evaluates the significance and importance of public and private funding of political parties. The aim of this work is to analyze the evolution and current state of the legal framework of the funding of political parties in Visegrad countries. This countries were until 1989 part of the Eastern bloc. These countries had in 1989 an opportunity to democratically develop in many policy areas. One of these areas was the issue of funding of political parties and their control. Another aim of this work is to determine which country has moved furthest in quality of the control of funding of political parties and where control is the most effective. This bachelor thesis use a variety of sources concerning the funding of political parties. This work used specialized publications, regulations and laws relating to the funding of political parties and various media articles. The work also used Czech production on the issue of funding of political parties in the countries of the Visegrad Group.
