Práce se zabývá ověřením metodiky hodnotící bezbariérové trasy pro handbikery. Cílem práce je tvorba finální metodiky monitoringu bezbariérových cyklostezek, cyklotras a následných služeb pro handbikery. Pro splnění cíle využívám metod analýzy zdrojů, dotazovací a pozorování. Výsledkem práce je vytvoření metodiky mapování cyklotras pro handbikery, která vznikla syntézou předešlých obdobných studií, analýzou názorů relevantních osob a pilotním ověřením v praxi. Praktické uplatnění práce spočívá v předložení výsledků zodpovědným pověřeným organizacím, především Pražské organizaci vozíčkářů, organizaci Labská stezka a Centru dopravního výzkumu, přesněji národnímu cyklokoordinátorovi.The theses deals with methodology and evaluation of wheelchair bike paths accessibility for handbikers. The purpose of the theses is to create a universal monitoring methodology of wheelchair accessibility on bike paths and subsequent services for handbikers. The methods used in the theses are analyzing the resources, interviews and an observations of achievement purpose. The result of this research is to create the methodology of mapping accessible bike paths for handbikers. The recommendation by the synthesis of field studies, the analysis of interviews with relevant persons and pilot verification of the methodology in practice. The practical application of the theses is to present the results to responsible and authorized organizations, such as the Prague Organization of Wheelchair Users, organizations Elbe Trail, and the Center for Transportation Research or more precisely national cyclocoordinator.
