Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá změnami volebních zákonů uskutečněných v Ruské federaci od roku 1993. První část bakalářské práce tvoří teoretický rámec a obecné ukotvení volebních systémů a důsledků jejich změn. Druhá kapitola se zabývá počáteční tranzicí Ruské federace, nově ustavenými institucionálními orgány a následnými změnami volebních zákonů. Ústředním tématem, obsaženým ve třetí kapitole, je volební reforma přijatá v roce 2005, při které došlo ke změně volebního systému ze smíšeného na poměrný, a která stanovila 7% volební klauzuli. Pomocí komparace je zkoumána podoba ruského stranického systému před reformou a po reformě, a to na základě několika proměnných (index deformace, index agregace, index proporcionality, index efektivního počtu stran). Poslední kapitolu práce tvoří výčet nejdůležitějším změn volebních zákonů přijatých po roce 2005 a studie vlivu Vladimira Putina na volební zákony a jejich změny.This bachelor thesis deals with the changes made in the election laws of the Russian Federation since 1993. The first part of the thesis consists of a theoretical framework and the general anchorage of electoral systems and the effects of their changes. The second chapter deals with the initial transitions of the Russian Federation, the newly established institutional bodies and the consequent changes in electoral laws. The central theme contained in the third chapter, is the electoral reform adopted in 2005, which was accompanied by a change in the election system from mixed to proportional, and which set a 7% electoral clause. Using the comparison is examined form of the russian party system pre-reform and post-reform, based on several variables (deformation index, aggregation index, index of proportionality, index of effective number of parties). The last chapter of the thesis is a list of the most important changes in the electoral laws adopted after 2005 and a study of the influence of Vladimir Putin at the election laws and their changes.
