Diplomová práce na téma "Osobnostně právní aspekty smrti člověka" podrobně rozebírá problematiku nakládání s lidským tělem a jeho částmi z hlediska postmortální ochrany. The second chapter deals with the means of protection against unwarranted interference specified in 1st and 3rd chapter, especially claims arising from the post mortem protection.
