Práce je teoretické povahy a zabývá se porovnáním dvou psychoterapeutických výcviků, které mají v naší zemi letitou tradici. Motivací k porovnání výcviku v Integrované psychoterapii (IP) a SUR nám byla kniha Jiřího Růžičky "Komunitní a skupinová psychoterapie v české perspektivě", zvláště kapitola nazvaná "Integrovaná psychoterapie jako paralela SUR", jejíž název jsme si vypůjčili i pro tuto práci. Cílem této práce bylo vzájemně porovnat dva psychoterapeutické výcviky pomocí analýzy všech námi získaných zdrojů, přinést nový komplexní pohled na oba výcviky a zjistit nakolik jsou si podobné a zároveň odlišné. Pro tyto účely jsme zvolili pět oblastí vztahující se ke každému psychoterapeutickému výcviku. Jedná se o samotné zakladatele výcviků, historické pozadí, ve kterém oba výcvikové systémy vznikaly, jejich teoretické a filozofické pozadí, techniky s kterými pracují a poslední oblastí je samotný popis výcvikového systému SUR a IP. Tyto oblasti v závěru porovnáváme pomocí deskriptivní komparativní analýzy. Z tohoto porovnání a následné diskuze vyplynulo, že oba výcvikové systémy jsou si v mnoha směrech z teoretického a filozofického hlediska podobné, ale výrazně se liší právě svou organizační strukturou. Přesto i zde jsou značné podobnosti v sebezkušenostní části výcviku v Integrované psychoterapii a SUR.This theoretical thesis deals with the comparison of two psychotherapeutic trainings, both of which have a long standing tradition in our country. Our motivation for comparing the training in Integrated Psychotherapy (IP) and SUR was the book by Jiří Růžička "Communal and group therapy in the Czech perspective", especially the chapter "Integrated Psychotherapy as a parallel to SUR", whose title we borrowed also for this thesis. The goal of this thesis was to compare the two psychotherapeutic trainings through the analysis of all the available sources, to bring a new complex perspective at both trainings and to find out to which extent they are alike or differ. For this purpose we chose five areas related to each of the two psychotherapeutic trainings. Namely the founders of the trainings, the historical background in which both the training systems were created, their theoretical and philosophical background, the techniques they work with and the last area is the description of the compared training systems SUR and IP. At the end of the thesis these areas are compared with the help of descriptive comparative analysis. From this description and the following discussion it became clear that both the training systems are in many ways similar from the theoretical and philosophical point of view, however they differ significantly in their organization structure. Nevertheless considerable similarities can be found in the self-experience part of the training in the Integrated Psychotherapy and in SUR.
