Bakalářská práce se zabývá myšlenkovými ideály skautských zakladatelů v průběhu času. Teoretická část popisuje ideje zakladatelů E. T. Setona, R. B. Powella a A. B. Svojsíka. Dále skautské poslání, principy a význam skautského zákona a slibu. Následně stručně zmiňuje historii skautingu v českých zemích ve zmíněných obdobích. V praktické části metodou analýzy dokumentů práce zjišťuje, jak byly ideje zakladatelů naplňovány po znovuobnovení skautingu po roce 1945 a 1989.This thesis is about the ideas and principles set up by the founding fathers of Scout organisation. The theoretical part describes the ideas of E. T. Seton, R. B. Powell and A. B. Svojsik. They spell out the meaning, mission and rules and regulations governing Scout. This thesis also describes the history of the scount movement in the Czech lands. The practical part of this paper investigates the method of documentation, analysis and how the founding fathers implemented their ideas during the period between 1945 and 1989.
