V diplomové práci analyzujeme názory jedinců na vnímání implantovaného kardiostimulátoru. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit názory jedinců, jak vnímají implantovaný kardiostimulátor. Znalosti týkající se pojetí vnímání implantovaného kardiostimulátoru a jejich dopadu na oblasti jedincova života, jsou důležité informace pro plánování ošetřovatelské péče. Teoretická část diplomové práce předkládá dohledané publikované poznatky týkající se ovlivnění jednotlivých oblastí života jedinců s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem. Výzkumná část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na analýzu údajů kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, při kterém bylo metodou polostrukturovaného interview u osmi participantů zjišťováno jejich pojetí vnímání implantovaného kardiostimulátoru v oblasti fyzické, psychické a oblasti sociální. Na základě sumarizace výsledků výzkumného šetření vyplývá celková spokojenost participantů s implantovaným kardiostimulátorem. Všichni participanti se shodli, že kardiostimulátor nevnímají, jeho přítomnost si většinou uvědomují pouze ve spojitosti s kontrolou jeho funkce. Participanti po implantaci kardiostimulátoru nepociťují změnu oproti předchozímu způsobu života.In this thesis, we analyze the opinions of individuals on the perception of an implanted pacemaker. The aim of the research was to ascertain the views of individuals, how they perceive the pacemaker. Knowledge regarding the concept of perception implanted pacemaker and their impact on the area of one's life are important information for planning nursing care. The theoretical part presents traced published findings regarding the effects on individual areas of life for individuals with implanted pacemakers. The research part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of data, qualitative research, in which the method of semistructured interviews with eight participants identify their perception of the concept of an implanted pacemaker in the physical, psychological and social area. On the basis of summarizing the results of the survey shows overall satisfaction of participants with implanted pacemakers. All participants agreed that they are unaware of the pacemaker presence and they are mostly aware of it in connection with the checking function. Participants after pacemaker implantation feel no change from the previous way of life.
