Cílem práce je interpretace románu Hastrman se zaměřením na charakteristiku povahových rysů hlavního hrdiny. Nejprve jsou však nastíněny okolnosti vzniku díla, pozornost je věnovaná také grafické podobě knihy, děj románu je zařazen do příslušného období a prostoru a popisu osobnosti jsou podrobeny i vedlejší postavy. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol a doplněna přílohou.The aim of this thesis is the interpretation of the novel Hastrman with focusing on the characteristic traits of the main character. At first there are outlined circumstances of the occurrence book, plot of the novel is placed to the certain period of history and place, and the minor characters are described with their traits too. The thesis is divided into six chapters and it is supplied with an attachment.
