Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sociálně terapeutickou dílnou Radost a její vliv na uživatele. V teoretické části je vymezena sociálně terapeutická dílna jako sociální služba. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na uživatele a duševní onemocnění. Praktická část obsahuje popis konkrétní sociálně terapeutické dílny Radost. Dále zahrnuje metody, výsledky a závěr průzkumu, který probíhal na základě rozhovorů s uživateli a pracovníky služby.The bachelor thesis is focused on socio-terapeutic workshop "Radost" and its effect on the users. In theoretical part the socio-therapeutic workshop is defined as a social service. The second chapter is focused on users and mental illnesses. The practical part of thesis contains description of specific socio-therapeutic workshop "Radost" and methodological procedures, results and conclusion of analysis which was based on interviews with users and personnel of the service.
