Kapitola druhá je zaměřena na komparaci současné podoby ústav.The thesis deals with the German Basic Law, the Czech Constitution and their comparison. The first chapter deals with the historical development and characteristics of both constitutions. The second chapter is focused on the comparison of their current forms.
