Tato diplomová práce, názvem Smysluplnost existence u žen s poruchou fertility, se zabývá mírou smyslu vlastního života u žen, které mají problém s otěhotněním a to až do té míry, že musí podstoupit mnohdy dosti náročnou, i několikrát za sebou, léčebnou terapii, kterou je možné v České republice podstoupit. Výzkumný vzorek, čítající 31 žen, podstoupil vždy stejnou nebo odlišnou léčebnou terapii, a také vždy se dočkal chtěného těhotenství a očekávání narození vlastního potomka. Předkládaná diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí. V první teoretické, jsou teoretické poznatky z medicíny týkající se různých druhů neplodnosti, zmíněny jsou i různé způsoby řešení této problematiky, poté je zaměřena na psychickou stránku člověka, v našem případě žen s touto diagnózou, je osvětlena, jaká je psychologie těhotenství, co se v ženě během těhotenství odehrává, a jaká je psychologie žen, které mají problém otěhotnět. Následně je přecházeno k vlastní otázce smyslu existence, jsou zmíněny různé aspekty smyslu vlastního života, a nakonec je stručně popsán kontext přístupu zdravotní péče České republiky k ženám s poruchou fertility. Druhá část se zabývá vlastním výzkumem, jsou popsány metody sběru dat, předem stanovené cíle výzkumného šetření, z toho plynoucí výzkumné předpoklady a prezentace vlastních výsledků. V této části jsou také prezentovány 4 příběhy konkrétních žen, které výzkumníka zaujaly a jsou rozebrány jejich konkrétní výsledky. Velmi si vážím všech žen, které přistoupily k výzkumnému šetření, a velmi jim děkuji.This thesis, titled The meaningfulness of existence for women with impaired fertility, looks at levels of meaning of his own life for women who have difficulty conceiving, and to the extent that they must undergo the often challenging enough, even a few times a therapy treatment that it is possible to take in the Czech Republic. The research sample numbering 31 woman underwent always the same or different therapy treatment, and always lived to see contrived pregnancy and anticipation of the birth of her own child. The present thesis consists of two main parts. In the first - theoretical, theoretical knowledge of medicine relating to different types of infertility are discussed and different ways of dealing with this issue, then focuses on the psychological side of woman, in our case, women with this diagnosis is illuminated, what is the psychology of pregnancy, what in a woman during pregnancy takes place, and what is the psychology of women who have difficulty getting pregnant. Subsequently crossing to question the meaning of their own existence, they mention the various aspects of the meaning of his own life, and then briefly describe the context of access to health care Czech Republic to women with impaired fertility. The second part deals with the research, describes methods of collecting data, predetermined goals of the research, the resulting research assumptions and presentation of results. This section also presents four stories of individual women who have taken the researcher and discussed their concrete results.
