Diplomová práce s názvem Logopedická intervence u osob s afázií je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce autorka uvádí základní poznatky týkající se problematiky afázie. V úvodu popisuje terminologické vymezení, definice afázie z pohledu různých autorů a seznamuje také s historií afaziologie. V dalších částech se zaměřuje na etiologii, symptomatologii, klasifikaci, diagnostiku a terapii afázie a zmiňuje také oblast prevence a prognózy. V závěru teoretické části se věnuje popisu metodických materiálů a počítačového programu, které jsou v České republice využívány při logopedické intervenci osob s afázií. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu terapeutických materiálů pro vybrané dva klienty s Brocovou afázií a sepsání dvou případových studií těchto klientů na základě analýzy logopedických zpráv a pozorování průběhu logopedické intervence u těchto osob. Vypracované terapeutické materiály jsou roztříděny do deseti oblastí. Během aplikace těchto materiálů v rámci terapeutických sezení autorka sledovala, zda jsou instrukce u předložených terapeutických materiálů oběma klientům srozumitelné a zda mají pozitivní vliv na narušené fatické funkce těchto klientů. V závěru jsou porovnány výsledky obou klientů a popsány cvičení, která jim činily největší obtíže a oblasti, ve kterých dosáhli klienti zlepšení.The Master Thesis with title Speech therapy in people with aphasia is devide to theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part this thesis, authoress introduce the main information concerning problem of aphasia. At the beginning she describe terminology, definition of aphasia from the point of view different author and mentions the history of aphasia. At the next parts she focused to etiology, symptomatology, classification, diagnostics and therapy of aphasia. Authoress mention the sphere prevention and prognosis. At the end of the theoretical part she decsribe methodological materials and software program, which are used in the Czech Republic at speech therapy in people with aphasia. The practical part is focused to the creat therapeutic materials for two selected clients with Broca's aphasia and writing two casuistry those clients based on the analysis logopedic reports and monitoring process speech therapy. The created therapeutic materials is devided to ten chapters. During the application of these documents, the author paid attention, if the instructions are clear for both clients and whether they have a positive effect to impaired fatic function those clients. At the end are compared result a both clients and describe the part, which them make trouble and part where they improved.
