Diplomová práce se zabývá stimulací orofaciální oblasti u klientů s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Teoretická část vymezuje anatomii a fyziologii orofaciální oblasti, zaměřuje se na problematiku dětské mozkové obrny a popisuje narušenou komunikační schopnost u jedinců s touto diagnózou. Pozornost je věnována vybraným metodám a konceptům ke stimulaci orofaciální oblasti. Pro praktickou část byla zvolena metoda smíšeného výzkumu. Kvalitativní výzkum zastupuje případová studie, která je zaměřena na konkrétní logopedickou intervenci u dítěte s dětskou mozkovou obrnou prostřednictvím vybraných stimulačních orofaciálních technik. Část kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu zastupuje forma dotazníku, prostřednictvím kterého jsme se snažili zmapovat frekvenci užívání stimulačních orofaciálních technik při logopedické intervenci v praxi.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of orofacial stimulation at clients with cerebral palsy. The theoretical part explains the anatomy and physiology of orofacial area, the diagnosis of cerebral palsy and communication disorders present at the group of clients with this type of diagnosis. The last chapter of theoretical part describes in details specific metods and concepts of orofacial area stimulation. There was chosen the method of combined research for the purposes of practical part of thesis. The qualitative method is presented by the case study which is aimed at specific speech language intervention through selected orofacial stimulation techniques at child with cerebral palsy. The quantitative method of thesis is represented by the questionnaire which was distributed to the speech language therapists examining the frequency of orofacial stimulation techniques used during the speech language therapy in practice.
