Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním podnikáním v pojetí firmy Komuniké, o. p. s. - Rettigovka. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány pojmy třetí sektor, sociální ekonomika, sociální podnikání, financování nestátních neziskových organizací, fundraising a obecné informace o zkoumané firmě a jejím zřizovateli. Praktická část je již zaměřena na konkrétní firmu. Cílem praktické části je zjistit finanční zdroje sociální firmy Komuniké, o. p. s. Rettigovka, zjistit a porovnat názor vedoucího podniku a zástupce zřizovatele na sociální podnik a prověřit spokojenost zákazníků s nabízenými službami.The bachelor thesis deals with rendition of social entrepreneurship by the Komuniké, o.p.s. - Rettigovka company. In theoretical part we define terms third sector, social economy, social entrepreneurship, financial support of non-governmental organisations, fundraising as well as general information about the inspected company and its founder. Practical part is focused on the company specifically. The goal of the practical part is to find out about financial resources of the social company Komuniké, o.p.s. - Rettigovka, find out and compare the opinions of the head of the company and the representative of the founder about the social company and inquire into the customer satisfaction with the offered services.
