Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na schopnosti integrace dětí do společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat systém integrace dětí z dětských domovů a prostřednictvím výzkumného šetření zkoumat vliv volnočasových aktivit na proces začleňování dětí z Dětského domova v Prostějově do společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá systémem ústavní výchovy, vývojem a výchovou dítěte v dětském domově. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje pojem integrace, je věnována výchovným programům a přípravě dětí na opuštění dětského domova a začlenění do společnosti. Zabývá se jejich aktivitami ve volném čase. Výzkumné šetření je založeno na rozhovorech, pozorování a studiu spisové dokumentace.This bachelor thesis is focused on children´s ability to integrate in society. The goal of the thesis is to describe the system of integration of children from children´s homes and through various types of research to determine the role of free time activities in the process of integration of children from the Children´s Home in Prostějov into society. Chapter 1 deals with the theoretical background, which means the system of institutional care and the development and education of children in children´s homes. Chapter 2 explains the concept of integration and describes educational and training programmes facilitating the process of the child´s leaving the home for society. Chapter 3 focuses on free time activities in children´s homes and the role that they may play in the above mentioned process of integration. The research is based on interviews, observation and studying the Home´s records and documentation.
