Práce je rozdělena na dvě části na teoretickou empirickou část. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy, které souvisí se stářím a stárnutím. Dále vysvětluje pojmy, které se týkají hiporehabilitace, zejména aktivit s využitím koní. Empirická část využívá jako metodu kvalitativního výzkumu polostrukturované interview. Výzkum zkoumá, jak probíhají aktivity s využitím koní u seniorů, jaká je příprava terapií, jaká jsou specifika práce se seniory, jaký má terapie přínos a jaká je potřebná kvalifikace terapeuta.This thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and empiric. The theoretical part explains the concepts that are related to age and ageing. Futhermore it explains the concepts related to hippotherapy especially equine assisted activities. The empiric part uses semi-structured interviews as a method of qualitative research. The research examines a progress of equine assisted activities in elderly, how prepares for therapy looks like, what are the specifics of work with seniors, what is the benefit of therapy and what qualifications the therapist need.
