Bakalářská práce se zabývá hlasovou hygienou u hlasových profesionálů zpěváků. Cílem práce je ověřit v praxi účinnost dodržování zásad hlasové hygieny. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomii a fyziologii hlasového ústrojí včetně tvorby a vlastností hlasu, vymezení hlasových poruch s možností řešení i ve formě náhradních hlasových mechanismů a kapitolu věnující se zásadám, technice hlasové hygieny. V praktické části je rozvinut stanovený cíl pomocí kazuistik u tří respondentů, včetně popisu terapie hlasu.This present dissertation is concerned with vocal hygiene for professional voice users particularly singers. The aim of this work is to verify the effectiveness of the observance of the principles of vocal hygiene in practice. The theoretical part includes the anatomy and physiology of the vocal tract including the formation and qualities of the voice, the specification of voice disorders and the possibilities of their solution in the form of alternative voice mechanisms. A chapter devoted to the principles of vocal hygiene techniques is contained in the theoretical part as well. The objective of the study including case studies of three respondents and the description of voice therapy are developed in the practical part.
