Cílem projektu bylo najít náplň práce pro sociálního pedagoga v Domově seniorů, p. o. Prostějov tak, aby byl podporou nejen pro pracovní tým, ale hlavně pro uživatele služeb nastupující do zařízení a vyžadující individuální emocionální podporu během aklimatizace ve velkém společenství. Domov seniorů, p. o., Prostějov je sociální zařízení, které poskytuje zájemcům širokou škálu služeb. Velkou výhodou je i základní zdravotní péče o uživatele. V organizaci je rozsáhlá nabídka aktivizačních programů zaměřená na, především, prostorem a časem orientované seniory. Právě na tomto úseku je však možné zřídit pracovní místo pro sociálního pedagoga, který by na podkladě psychobiografického modelu Erwina Böhma vedl proces individuálního plánování s přihlédnutím na emoce a aktivní historii uživatele služeb. Zpracovával by podklady tak, aby byly nápomocné klíčovým pracovníkům a vedl by jejich práci s klientem. Zpracovaná SWOT analýza potvrzuje, že práce sociálního pedagoga by v organizaci byla přínosná a to hlavně v individuálním setkávání se seniorem. Jelikož jde o práci s jedincem a jeho citovou oblastí, jsou v jednotlivých kapitolách okrajově popsány emoce a činnosti s nimi souvisejícími.The goal of the project was aimed at the basic description of the operation of the Home of the Elderly, p.o. Prostějov, from the perspective of a worker who is a long-term employee of this organisation. The aim of the project was to find a job description for the social educator in a way that he would not only be a support for the working team but mainly for a user of the services who is entering the organisation and requires individual emotional support during the acclimatisation in a large community. The Home of the Elderly p.o. Prostějov, is a social institution, which provides a wide range of services for its applicants. There is also a big advantage of providing a fundamental health service to the users. There is an extensive offer of activating programs which focuses especially on the space and time orientation of the seniors. Especially in this section it is possible to establish a working place for a social educator, who would on the basis of Erwin Bohm´s psychobiographic model lead the process of the individual planning while taking into consideration the emotions and the active history of the user. The social educator would process materials in the way that they would help the key workers and also lead their work with the client. Processed SWOT analysis confirms that the work of the social educator in the organisation would be beneficial especially during the individual meeting with the senior. Regarding the work with an individual and his emotional character, there are in the specific chapters peripherally described emotions and the activities related to them.
