Bakalářská práce se věnuje integraci a psychosociálním aspektům sociální rehabilitace klientů s mentálním postižením, jejímž cílem je rozvoj a zkvalitňování jejich života. Teoretická část se věnuje poznatkům o mentálním postižení, jeho jednotlivým stupňům, psychologickým charakteristikám a zvláštnostem a dále definuje integraci lidí s mentálním postižením, popisuje postoje společnosti a věnuje se integraci v oblasti vzdělání a pracovního života. Teoretickou část uzavírá kapitola o organizaci Pferda, která byla předmětem zkoumání. Výzkumným cílem práce bylo popsat psychosociální aspekty integrace lidí s mentálním postižením prostřednictvím sociální rehabilitace, kterou byla tréninková kavárna organizace Pferda. Cílem bylo zejména zjištění počáteční spolupráce, obav, přínosů této práce a jakým způsobem sociální rehabilitace ovlivňuje vyhlídky klientů do budoucna. Práce je založena na kvalitativní výzkumné strategii, která užívá techniky nestrukturovaných rozhovorů s klienty tréninkové kavárny a jejich rodiči.Bachelor thesis deals with integration and psychosocial aspects of social rehabilitation of clients with mental disabilities, which aims to develop and improve their lives. The theoretical part is devoted to knowledge about mental disability, the individual stages, psychological characteristics and traits, and further defines the integration of people with disabilities, describes the attitudes of society and discusses the integration of education and working life. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter on the organization "Pferda", which was under investigation. The research goal was to describe the psychosocial aspects of the integration of people with disabilities through social rehabilitation, which is training cafe of "Pferda" organization. The main objective was to determine the initial cooperation, concerns, contributions of this work and how the social rehabilitation affects the prospects of clients in the future. The work is based on qualitative research strategy that uses technology unstructured interviews with clients of training cafe and their parents.
