Jednalo se o Krátkou formu dotazníku bolesti McGillovy Univerzity 2 (SF-MPQ - 2), Dotazník interference bolestí s denními aktivitami (DIBDA) a Western Ontario & McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC Index). My thesis is focused on the assessment of the level of exercise activity in coxarthrosis patients in comparison to the reference group. Results of 12 patients with stage I III coxarthrosis were compared, billateral osteoarthritis of the hip diagnosis was determined in 6 patients aged 40 65, compared with the results of 19 reference group members. The research was carried out using the 3-axe ActiGraph GT3X accelerometer, making unbiased monitoring of one week exercise activity possible. Within the framework of the exercise activity, the difference in its intensity, volume and also the number of steps made daily was assessed, as was the patients´ overall condition through anamnesis scrutiny, kinesiology findings and questionnaires. The questionnaires addressed the assessment of pain level, stiffness of joint and its´ effect on daily routine activities. Specifically, Short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ-2), Questionnaire of Pain Interference with Daily Activities (DIBDA) and Western Ontario & McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC Index) have been used. It was assumed that the coxarthrosis patients´ level of exercise activities would be lower than that of the average population. However, a statistically significant difference between the two groups was only recorded during working days of high exercise activity (p < 0, 05). The rest of the results (regarding the intensity and volume) of both groups turned out to be statistically insignificant.
