Předmětem diplomové práce je stanovení dabigatran etexilátu. Pro stanovení bylo využito jednak metod přímého či nepřímého funkčního stanovení léčiva v plazmě pacientů. Metoda přímého stanovení je založena na specifickém prodloužení dilutovaného trombinového času účinkem dabigatran etexilátu. Nepřímé stanovení využívá inhibiční potenciál dabigatran etexilátu při generaci trombinu. Nová antikoagulancia se mohou monitorovat přímo HPLC metodou. Poslední část je věnována posouzení interference stanovení NOAC.The subject of this thesis is the determination of dabigatran etexilate. For the determination of both the method was used for direct or indirect functional assay in the plasma of patients. Method of direct determination is based on a specific extension diluted thrombin time dabigatran etexilate. Indirect determination utilizes the inhibitory potential of dabigatran etexilate in the generation of thrombin. The new anticoagulant can be monitored directly by HPLC method. The last section is devoted to assessing the interference determination NOAC.
