Tématem této bakalářské práce je překlad textu zákona s komentářem a glosářem. Teoretická část se zabývá administrativním funkčním stylem z hlediska morfologického, syntaktického a lexikálního a vymezením základních translatologických pojmů. Lexikální a morfologická analýza výchozího a cílového textu jsou společně s translatologickým komentářem součástí praktické části. K práci jsou přiloženy výchozí i cílový text a glosář odborné terminologie.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the translation of the text of the law with a commentary and a glossary. The theoretical part deals with the administrative functional style in terms of morphological, syntactic and lexical points of view and with a definition of basic translatological concepts. Both lexical and morphological analyses of the source and target texts create together with a translatological commentary the theoretical part of the thesis. The thesis is attached with a source and a target text and with a glossary of specialized terminology.
